“ I’m sorry I hadn’t returned sooner. Stellar lunch on a beautiful Saturday afternoon - there is no better location in Easton for outdoor seating than Scossa. The food and service remain top notch and the Staff, so accommodating, patient and kind. The saffron fish soup is my absolute long time favorite and the pasta with a name I can’t pronounce in Gorgonzola and pear sauce? Best thing I ate in a very long time, absolutely delicious. In an ever changing world we are so fortunate in Easton to have such a wonderful, reliable and consistent restaurant to return to. ”

“ Very good place to eat. A bit pricey but good sized portions. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Calamari was a little overcooked but still delicious, we got a steak and didn't care for the taste (cooked perfect, didn't care for the style of cooking on it) and they replaced it with something different without a complaint. I will absolutely go back and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to sit and enjoy a meal. FYI the pasta and lobster was perfection and the chocolate pie was to die for. ”

From planning to execution, things couldn’t have gone more smoothly! Delicious menu, reasonable pricing, caring and involved staff and ownership and flexible space to accommodate almost fifty seated guests and dozens more for the meet and feet at the bar, complete with transition to heavy apps and dessert buffet.
